In an interview on Nikhil Kamath’s podcast, WTF, Ranbir reflected on the profound experience of first meeting his newborn daughter. He shared Before Raha was born during Alia’s pregnancy you spend a lot of time imagining what it will be like.

Alia could feel the baby growing inside her but I was left only to imagine. When Raha was finally born and the doctor handed her to me the moment was indescribable. It felt as though someone had taken my heart out and placed it into my hands. The love I felt was instant and overwhelming. It was like meeting the love of your life in that very moment. It was an experience so profound that I’ve never felt anything like it before and I doubt I will ever feel it again about anything or anyone else in my life.

This ceremony involves immersing the idol into a body of water marking the conclusion of a festival or religious event in Hindu tradition. Meanwhile Neetu was seen guiding the staff through the process.

The touching moment continued with the mother-son duo praying with folded hands as the idol was immersed. The heartfelt scene prompted a fan to comment, “Very very beautiful,” with several others expressing their admiration by posting heart emojis.

However, some users noticed Alia’s absence and raised questions with one asking, “Where’s Alia? Why is she never present?”

Ganpati Visarjan at RK Studios

Raj Kapoor along with his father Prithviraj Kapoor initiated the Ganpati Visarjan tradition at RK Studios in 1952. The acclaimed filmmaker and actor was renowned for celebrating a variety of festivals at his studio bringing together his family and crew members in the festivities.
