The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has launched an advanced programme in Technology & AI Leadership (TAILP) aimed at equipping tech professionals with vital skills for an AI-driven world. The curriculum includes essential topics such as AI and machine learning in business, digital transformation, cyber resilience and emerging technologies like blockchain and the metaverse.
Eligibility for the programme extends to graduates (10+2+3) and diploma holders from recognized universities. Applications must be submitted by September 25, with classes commencing on January 19. The seven-month course features a capstone project. allowing participants to gain practical experience in addressing real-world technology challenges. Participants will also engage in a two-day campus immersion at IIT Delhi, where they can network with faculty and peers, participate in workshops and enhance their leadership skills.
The programme focuses on developing technology strategies managing IT systems with an emphasis on cybersecurity and fostering leadership qualities essential for AI-driven projects With access to IIT Delhi cutting-edge AI research, graduates will be well-prepared to drive innovation in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. The fee is Rs 1.69 lakh plus GST and participants will receive a certificate from IIT Delhi upon successful completion.

Participants scoring at least 40% in the evaluation components and maintaining a minimum of 40% attendance in both lectures and tutorials will be awarded a completion certificate. Those who fail to secure 40% in the evaluation components will be eligible for a participation certificate if their attendance is above 40% in both lectures and tutorials.

What Will Students Achieve From The Program
Through this programme participants will gain expertise in efficient Python programming focusing on how to effectively load and pre-process data from various online and offline databases using the Pandas library. They will explore fundamental principles and challenges in machine learning as well as design and train neural networks using the Keras and TensorFlow frameworks.
By the end of the programme learners will be capable of designing and implementing various machine learning and deep learning techniques applying these skills to real-world problems.
