April 10-14, 2018: The first fashion week in Saudi Arabia, held in Riyadh with support from the General Entertainment Authority.
May 2018: Arab Fashion Week made history as the first floating fashion week, held aboard the Queen Elizabeth II cruise ship.
March 2020 – June 2021: The event transitioned to a digital format due to the COVID-19 pandemic, partnering with Meta for online broadcasts.
January 5, 2021: Announced the first-ever Men’s Fashion Week in Asia and Africa, achieving over 1.4 billion views and impressions.
October 2021 – October 2022: Returned to in-person shows at Dubai Design District.
