IIM CAT 2024: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta will end the online registration process for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 tomorrow, September 20. Students now have until September 20 to complete their applications on the official website iimcat.ac.in. Initially the registration was set to close on September 13 but an extension has been granted to last year.
The CAT 2024 exam will be held on November 24 with three sessions scheduled across 170 cities. The first session will run from 8:30 am to 10:30 am the second from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and the final session from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

1. Visit the official website: Go to the official CAT website at iimcat.ac.in.
2. New registration: On the homepage, click on the “New Registration” button.
3. Enter the required details: Fill in your essential information such as name, date of birth, email ID, phone number and country.
4. OTP verification: Validate your registration by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.
5. Login: Re-login using the credentials provided via email.
6. Fill in the application form: Complete the application by providing personal, academic and work experience details.
7. Upload documents: Upload the required documents, including a passport-sized photo, signature, and category certificate (if applicable) in the specified format and sizes.
8. Select preferences: Choose your preferred IIM, the course you’re applying for the interview city, and the exam center.
9. Pay the application fee: Complete the registration process by paying the application fee online.
10. Download the application: Save and download a copy of the application form and payment confirmation for future reference.
CAT 2024 Fees
CAT fee is to be paid at the time for application form submission. Pay the fee via debit/credit card net banking or e-wallet.
- General and NC-OBC candidates: INR 2500
- SC/ST/PWD candidates: INR 1250
