ONGC Videsh Secures 16-Year Contract Extension in Vietnam
Stock Market Updates | ONGC Videsh has successfully obtained a 16-year extension for its oil and gas production operations in Vietnam, according to PTI.
Following a stronger-than-expected performance in Q1 FY2025, Sharekhan has maintained its ‘buy’ rating on Gabriel India. The company aims to achieve a double-digit EBITDA margin by FY2026.
Gabriel India’s margin enhancement strategies are proving effective, with the company sustaining a 9% EBITDA margin for the second consecutive quarter. Although there has been a slight decrease in market share within the two-wheeler segment due to Bajaj Auto’s weaker export performance, the company’s Sunroof project is advancing well. This initiative has achieved a robust 14% EBITDA margin, which the management expects to maintain.
Sharekhan has set a revised price target of Rs. 558 for Gabriel India, attributing this to the company’s strong brand presence, strategic expansion plans, focus on profitability, anticipated increase in vehicle content, potential for inorganic growth, and enhanced export opportunities.
